Reflexology for all ages in Newbury, Berkshire.
Welcome - I’m so glad you’re here.
My practice is a calm, supportive space dedicated to women’s wellbeing through every stage of life. Whether you’re exploring reflexology for fertility support (including IUI, IVF or ICSI), navigating pregnancy, adjusting after birth, managing conditions such as PCOS or endometriosis, or finding balance through perimenopause and menopause, you’re in the right place. My approach is gentle, compassionate and tailored to your individual needs, helping you feel grounded, supported and more connected to your body.
Emotional wellbeing is at the heart of my work, and many clients come to me during times of change, overwhelm or uncertainty. Reflexology offers a moment to pause, breathe, and restore balance — and I’m here to guide you through that process with care.
I also offer Baby Massage and Baby Reflexology, available as 1:1 sessions or private group courses. These sessions are relaxed, friendly and designed to help you build confidence, soothe your baby, and enjoy meaningful, nurturing time together.
Wherever you are on your journey, I’m here to support you with a warm, personalised approach and a space where you can truly relax.

Meet Sarah
Hi, I’m Sarah, founder of Sarah Lailey Reflexology.
My work is centred around supporting women through all stages of life, using reflexology to nurture both physical and emotional wellbeing. I specialise in fertility, pregnancy, perimenopause and menopause, offering a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, reset, and feel truly cared for.
Whether you’re trying to conceive, navigating hormonal changes, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the mental load of everyday life, reflexology can help restore balance, regulate the nervous system, and bring a sense of calm back to your body.
As a mum of four, I understand just how much women hold and how easy it is to put yourself last. My aim is to give you time and space to feel supported, listened to, and looked after.
Alongside my work with women, I also offer gentle reflexology and massage for babies, toddlers and children, supporting the wellbeing of the whole family.
Sarah Lailey Reflexology is about more than just treatments, it’s about supporting you as a woman, at every stage.
“I just wanted to message and say thank you for the Baby Massage and Baby Reflexology courses. We have both really enjoyed our Tuesday mornings. We’ve loved coming into your super warm and cosy home, enjoying the courses, hot drinks and meeting other new parents. It’s been the highlight of our week!”
